Shipping Policy


Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The confirmation includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses.

Processing time 

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. To estimate when you would receive your item, please add the predicted delivery time (presented below) to the processing time. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day. During peak periods, such as holidays or major sales (Black Friday), the processing and delivery times may vary due to the high volumes. Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our official delivery contractor, DHL, you will be automatically notified with the estimated delivery time.

Make sure to provide accurate name and address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.   

Boys’n Berries Cosmetics shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Boys’n Berries Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once your order has been shipped, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure that the goods arrive safely.  

Order Cancellation 

Since we aim to ship your goodies as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel/modify your order once it is has been marked as shipped in our warehouse. So please take extra care when selecting your item(s).
