How do I place a return or exchange?

Boys’n Berries Cosmetics will gladly accept returns on www.boysnberriescosmetics.com orders within 14 days unless the item had been unsealed and/or used or is marked as final sale. Please see our Shipping and Return page for complete information we only accept returns for items purchased through www.boysnberriescosmetics.com. If you purchased a Boys’n Berries Cosmetics item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your www.boysnberriescosmetics.com account and check “Order History” in the “My Account” page. How do I cancel my order?

To serve you better, Boys’n Berries Cosmetics will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. For more shipping information please check our Shipping & Return page.

How can I unsubscribe from email newsletters?
