Return & Refund Policy for Cosmetic products
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Boys’n Berries Cosmetics online purchase, you can return any unopened and unused product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange the items for others of equal value.
Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
Return Exceptions
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Since the expiration date of all cosmetic products inscribed with the PAO (period after opening) symbol is calculated starting from the moment the airtight container is first opened, we cannot return or exchange items that have been opened, tested, swatched or used.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless the return was a result of our error.
Returning Procedure
Boys’n Berries Cosmetics purchases can be easily returned by following the procedure below:
- Email us at support@boysnberriescosmetics.com to notify your intent to return one or several items.
- Your email should contain the following information:
- your order number;
- the list of items you want to return;
- the reason for returning each of the items;
- the way you want us to handle this return(if you want to get a refund or to exchange the items).
- Your request will be reviewed within a 3 business days standard period and we will notify you via email of the results. In some cases we might request additional information to finalize the review.
- Re-package the parcel using strong packaging foil and ensure it is properly sealed to avoid damage during transit.
- Enclose your dispatch receipt within the parcel.
- Book an appointment with local delivery service and pay the shipping costs to return the parcel to our main distribution center:

- Request a proof of postage and allow us up to 14 business days to process and submit your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
If your return request is approved, we will process it and your payment will be refunded to your Credit/Debit Card within seven(7) business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@boysnberriescosmetics.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
